I like Chan Chen's images very well because he knows how to show patterns very well such as the sunflower face-on shot below. Also he knows how to shoot focusing objects very well which is done in both images - the rose and the ladybird. They show a very strong focal point for the audience. Also he knows how to show colour at its strongest, in the themes associated... for example the rose is white and shown as if its pure and white, the sunflower showing brightness and happiness and the ladybird on the leaf that shows very vivid colours.
